Married

Been in a Marital Relationship means: Been in a relationship that is a union between two people. But been in a marital relationship isn’t sufficient to make two people qualify as been Married.

Whether two people qualify as Married, is whether they consented out of own free will in a clear state of mind e.g. going into that church (or court house) and stand in front of that priest (or judge) and said “I do”.

A Marital Relationship is also a Life Partner and Sexual Mate relationship, thus when two people agreed to be Married, they also agree to be Life Partner and Sexual Mate, commonly refer to as Spouse. A Life Partner and Sexual Mate Relationship is also a relationship where two people are romantically together, thus, when two people agreed to be Married, they also agreed to be romantically together, commonly referred to as a Couple.

By agreeing to be Life Partner and Sexual Mate, it make them emotionally exclusive and by been romantically together, it makes them physically exclusive. Thus, married people are physically and emotionally exclusive.

They would remain as married, till divorce.

Unwed Spouses

Two people that are not married, out of their own free will in a clear state of mind agreed to be Unmarried Life Partner and Sexual Mate  (Commonly refer to as De facto Spouse) and they would remain as Unwed Spouse, till one party chose to seize been Unwed Spouse, commonly refer to as been separated.

None Spouse Couple

Two out of their own free will in a clear state of mind agreed to be two people that are not Spouses, but are romantically together. The two people would remain as a None Spouse Couple, till one party no longer wants to be a Couple, commonly refer to as a breakup.

However, when two people are None Spouses Couple, they are only physically exclusive, but not emotionally exclusive. This is due to, been a Couple only mean to be romantically together, but it doesn’t mean to be romantically exclusive. Thus, not sufficient to make two people emotionally exclusive. Thus, it is only Cheating to have a physical affair with a 3rd party.

When do this relationship end?

Two people seize been on Dating Term: When one party no longer wants to be on Dating Term

Two people seize been on Couple Term: When one party no longer wants to be a Couple (if it is a None Spouse Couple) or when they seize been Spouses. (if they are Spouses)

Two people seize been on Spouse Term: When one party no longer want to be Spouses (if it is Unwed Spouse) or when they seize been married (if they are married)

Two people seize been on Married Term: When Divorced
